I was born in the Indian Himalayas, where yoga is part of everyday life.
I completed my teacher training in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, and deepened my personal practice in Mysore, learning within the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga.
Today I teach one-to-one online sessions that combine breath, movement and mindful alignment. Every practice is adapted to the person in front of me - whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning after a long break.

A 3-month journey to build a sustainable yoga practice.
The first months are about creating rhythm, understanding your body and building confidence on the mat.
We'll practise online together twice a week and gradually develop a practice that you can continue for life.
